Paul Manchin - Fox in the House CD Giveaway - Contest Rules and Regulations:

Contest begins at 12:01 PM EST ("Eastern Standard Time") on November 19th, 2021 and closes at 11:59 PM EST on December 3rd, 2021 - the "Contest Period".

To enter and be eligible to win, the contest entrant must be eighteen (18) years of age or older and a resident of Cable 14’s licensed viewing area (Hamilton/Haldimand). Employees, volunteers, co-ops or interns of, or members of the immediate family of, or persons domiciled with an employee, volunteers, co-ops or interns of TV Hamilton Limited, the contest sponsors, their parent, affiliated or related companies, subsidiaries, divisions, and promotional agencies, are ineligible.

There will be two (2) prizes awarded. The prize includes one (1) Paul Manchin - Fox in the House CD. The approximate value of each prize is $15. 

To participate in the Contest, eligible entrants must:

1) Follow Cable 14 (@cable14) AND Paul Manchin (@paulmanchin) on Instagram.

2) Send Cable 14 (@cable14) a message on Instagram answering the question: Who is the host of Backstage Pass?

No purchase necessary. Maximum one entry per person.

The winners will be selected by random draw among all eligible entries received during the contest period on Monday December 6th, 2021 at 1 pm. If the first winners do not confirm their acceptance of the prize by 11:59 PM EST on Wednesday December 8th, 2021, a second random draw will occur and the new winner will be contacted. If this winner has not confirmed acceptance of the prize by 11:59 PM EST on December 10th, 2021, then the contest will be declared closed with no declared winner. With each new selection the previous winner will be disqualified from collecting the prize and will be removed from the draw.

The winner will be notified by a TV Hamilton Limited staff member, via Instagram Message, that they have won the contest and prize. Prize must be accepted as awarded. Prize may not be sold, transferred and is not convertible to cash. Proof of identification must be provided upon request.

Upon confirmation from the winning entrant arrangements will be made between a staff member of TV Hamilton Limited and the prize winner for the pick-up, or specific arrangements of the prize.

Before being awarded the prize, the potential winner may be required to sign and return within the time stipulated by the contest sponsors, a full release and indemnity form stating that he/she has read, understood and complied with these official contest rules, beyond the awarding of the prize, accepts the prize as offered and releases the contest sponsors from any and all liability of any kind arising out of the potential winner's participation in this contest and receipt and use of the prize. In the event that the winner refuses to sign the declaration or release form the entrant is no longer eligible for the prize, and the above protocol will be followed.

By entering this contest, each contestant consents to the use of their entry, name, city, designation and/or photograph to be used in any publicity carried out by TV Hamilton Limited and their advertising agencies, without further compensation. All entries become the property of TV Hamilton Limited.

Participants may win only once during any 30 day period. Winners are not eligible to participate and win a prize until after 30 days from the date of their last win.

All decisions of the contest organizers are final. TV Hamilton Limited and the sponsors reserve the right to substitute the prize in whole or in part in the event that any component of the prize is unavailable for any reason. The contest entry selection process is final and without appeal in all matters related to the promotion and the awarding of the prizes. TV Hamilton Limited and contest sponsors shall not be held responsible for any errors or negligence that may arise or occur in connection with the contest including any damage to an entrant's computer equipment, system, software or any combination thereof, as a result of their participation in this contest or from downloading any material from the contest website, where applicable.

All entries, which are incomplete, illegible, damaged, irregular, have been submitted through illicit means, or do not conform or satisfy any condition of the rules may be disqualified by TV Hamilton Limited. TV Hamilton Limited takes no responsibility for lost, or misdirected, late or destroyed entries, or for typographical or other production or distribution errors. 

TV Hamilton Limited will run this contest in accordance with these rules, subject to amendment. TV Hamilton Limited may, by announcement on Cable 14 or associated social media platforms, withdraw the contest at any time in the event of production or other unanticipated problems or irregularities.

Contestants must comply with these rules and will be deemed to have received and understood the rules if they participate in the contest. If a discrepancy occurs between these rules and any promotion of the contest, these rules will be deemed to be correct.
