1. Who We Are

CABLE 14 is a public broadcasting television channel owned by TV Hamilton Limited, a not-forprofit community broadcaster serving the Hamilton area, owned by Cogeco Connexion Inc. (herein referred to as “Cogeco") and Rogers Communications Canada Inc.(herein referred to as “Rogers”)licensed by the Canadian Radio-television and Telecommunications Commission (CRTC). The CABLE 14Site provides access to live television, on-demand video, program guides, and event information.

The Site cable14.com is the public website of TV Hamilton Limited, operating as CABLE 14, a community broadcaster licensed by the Canadian Radio-television and Telecommunications Commission (CRTC) and serving the Hamilton area since 1970.

2. Information We Collect

a. Analytics Data (Google Analytics 4)

We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors use our site. This service collects anonymized data including:

If you sign in to access subscriber-only content, we use a secure authentication service provided by Rogers Communications Canada Inc. and Cogeco Connexsion Inc. When you sign in:

You are redirected to a Rogers/Cogeco-hosted login page
A secure authentication token is stored in your browser cookies to maintain your session
We do not store or have access to your Rogers or Cogeco account password, billing information, or full subscriber account details

The Rogers and Cogeco authentication services operate under their own privacy policies.

d. Cookies and Browser Storage
