Eric Spearin

Eric Spearin is a Hamilton-born entrepreneur and investor with a strong focus on logistics, supply chain, and business consulting. He founded a logistics technology company in 2013, which led to the formation of Transervice Integrated Solutions (TIS) through a private equity investment. Under his leadership, TIS has been named to the Inc. 5000 list as one of the fastest-growing companies in America, and he currently serves as President.

Eric is also the majority owner of the Hamilton Cardinals, a professional baseball team in the 100+ year old Canadian Baseball League. He is also the founder of Spear Interactive, a video game publisher and developer with three releases on the Xbox and PlayStation platforms, including the Maximum Football and Varsity High School games. Eric works with entrepreneurs, investors, and operators in the Hamilton business community while investing in strategic companies across real estate, passenger transportation, and related sectors.

He holds an MBA with Merit from the University of Bradford School of Management and a BA in Geography and Economics from York University. Since 2017, Eric has been a mentor with The Forge at McMaster University
